Homemaker Health Care

Mission: To provide assistance with the demands of daily living for low-income elderly, underprivileged, and persons with disabilities who are living independently in their own homes.
Homemaker Health Care is a non-profit that has been in business for over 50 years. Our goal is to provide the citizens of Central Missouri with the ability to remain safe and independent in their own homes. Homemaker Health Care helps low-income seniors, persons with disabilities, or anyone that is struggling after an illness or injury with the use of our Community Outreach Program and Caring Chair Program.
HHC works with local hospitals, physical therapists, social workers, and other health care providers to identify individuals struggling to live independently in their own homes.
HHC loans equipment such as hospital beds, bedside toilets, wheelchairs, and shower benches to these individuals at no cost. All items are donated by members of our community.
