Mission: To be the premier provider of support services needed to live life to the fullest extent possible during a life limiting illness.

Three Rivers Hospice has been providing quality hospice service 2006. Three Rivers Hospice provides care for patients who have life limiting illnesses as well as their families/caregivers. It is our goal to treat every patient and caregiver with the upmost dignity and respect. When curative measures are no longer appropriate, we become an invaluable resource to both the patient and family. Three Rivers Hospice provides exceptional care that is personalized by our compassionate team members.

Our Hands and Halos Volunteer program provides an opportunity for individuals to help our hospice patients, their families and our team with one on one visits, office assistance or other community events and activities.
