Join us! The Cole County Ready Festival is a free, family-friendly event fostering preparedness, safety & resiliency on Saturday, June 28, 2025. This community event will be from 11am to 3pm at Jason Gym, Lincoln University. The event will include preparedness booths with kids' activities, big trucks & safety vehicles, a bounce house, an ice cream truck, prizes & giveaways, and more! Most importantly, this event will give you information, tools and resources for you and your family in times of disaster.
A disaster feeding demonstration operation will be held, providing a free lunch including hot dogs, chips and water; while supplies last.
This event is hosted by the Cole County COAD (Community Organizations Active in Disaster) in partnership with American Red Cross, Cole County Office of Emergency Management, Lincoln University, Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief and United Way of Central Missouri.
