The Dreams to Reality (DTR) Board of Directors governs the overall execution of the organization’s mission. Principally, the Board manages organizational finances and sets long term priorities for programs, including the development of: DTR Fashion Fitting program, Dare2Dream mentoring program, annual fundraisers, etc.
The DTR Board of Directors has up to 15 voting members. Terms are for 2 years.
Time and Financial Considerations Meetings:
- Board Meetings- bimonthly - last Tuesday of each odd month at 5:30pm
- Sub-Committee work: Client Services, Boutique Sales, Dare2Dream Career Lab, Dare2Dream Mentoring
- Boutique work (minimum of 4 Saturdays each year)
- Serve on, at least, one (1) Fundraising Committee: Golf Tournament and/orSHE LEADS Fashion Show
