Support the 2025 Capital City Race, an annual event held in memory of Jared Palmer to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. Possible volunteer roles include packet pick-up, registration, water stations, course marshaling, finish line support, and event set-up and tear-down—no experience required. This is a great way to get involved, meet new people, and make a meaningful impact in our community.
The only requirements are:
- Ages 14+ (younger volunteers welcome with an adult)
- Able to stand for long periods of time and assist with event activities
- Friendly and supportive attitude toward all participants
