Donate a pint of life-saving blood during the United Way's Days of Caring on Sept. 9 from 9am-3pm.
Make a blood donation appointment by visiting the Red Cross Blood Donor app, by visiting redcrossblood.org (type in "65109" and select "Sept. 9") or by calling 1-800-REDCROSS.
This "Days of Caring" drive will be held at the Jefferson City Blood Donation Center (3230 Emerald Lane), and feature educational opportunities - learn about blood, and blood drive volunteer opportunities throughout central Missouri.
As a thank you for participating in the very first Days of Caring Blood Drive, the American Red Cross board of directors will be serving refreshments as a thank you for 'caring' for our central Missouri community. And most importantly, each blood donation can save up to 3 lives!
